I would like to personally thank you for the care your company has shown to our home over the past few years. As you know we were very skeptical about reentering our home into the rental pool. We had rented our unit through another company in the past and we were very disappointed . You assured us we would be happy and I must say we are. We recently visited the property and we did not know what to expect, but I must tell you that we were most pleasantly surprised. It looked as if we never left. You have maintained the unit extraordinarily well with very little overhead on our part. We were also pleased as to how often it was rented through the slow season and the bad economy. Most importantly you are always available to answer our questions and to help us with any last minute requests from our personal guests.It is nice to know we can reach you and your team at any time and that you always treat us with care and respect. We receive our payments in a timely manner along with a detailed statement which makes our busy lives easier.
As small business owners ourselves it is not often that we deal with others who are as organized, detail oriented and concerned for your clients as you are.

As we finish our second season with Cinnamon Beach Vacations (CBV), we would like to share with you and your staff our reflections on what we feel has been a very positive experience. First, the staff has always been responsive to our request to “rent with care”. They have done an excellent job of screening potential renters, turning away those who did not fit the profile we established. From the start, quality was always more important that the amount of rent the house could generate. Second, the staff of CBV has done an excellent job of updating us with suggestions to provide a better client experience. Every suggestion has made sense, and I believe this is the reason our house has had outstanding occupancy, exceeding our expectations.
As I mentioned in a follow up email after our recent visit to check on the house, we were very pleased with the overall condition. Since I had not been to the house in 16 months, and Faye 11 months, I had some concern, not quite knowing what to expect. We found the condition of the house exceeded our expectations. Crystal had done an excellent job of providing updates as needed, even providing vendors to work on the house when the need arose.
Len, my wife and I are very pleased with our decision to place our house with your rental program. We had several choices for rental companies, but chose your company as we felt it would best meet our desire for quality over quantity, and we have not been disappointed. We look forward to the next season, and many more.

The time spent there was wonderful, and accommodations both in the unit and on-property were very nice. The unit was generously provisioned with towels, dishes, glasses, and cooking paraphernalia while the overall arrangement allowed great opportunity for socializing. The balcony was just the right size and afforded a great panoramic view of the 8th hole.
All-in-all, a great get-away!

We just stayed in Unit 453 in Cinnamon Beach and could not have had a better experience. Cinnamon Beach Vacations has lapped the field over the other rental agencies with friendly service and keeping their properties in perfect condition. The views were spectacular and the beach was perfect……boogie board when breezy is a must ! We also found lots of nice local restaurants in Flagler beach.

The experience of staying in your vacation home at Cinnamon Beach at Ocean Hammock Unit 224 is one that we will not soon forget. The condo was beautifully furnished, comfortable, and very accommodating with many nice amenities. The grounds and tropical view were spectacular and made the brief walk to the beach enjoyable. Access to the chairs and umbrealls on the beach was so convenient and really lightened our load. The awsome Cinnamon Beach was very family friendly and not crowded. We were disappointed about not having access to an outside grill, but we did learn how to broil the perfect steak in your oven. Both pools were fun and relaxing. It was a perfect stay. We enjoyed our stay. The condo was furnished nicely, was very clean and the kitchen was well-equipped. My boys enjoyed the amenities and my husband and I enjoyed watching the boats go by from the porch. The condo was also conveniently located.
